Leaf Filters

Leaf filters are pressure filtration systems designed for high-clarity filtration in liquid-solid separation processes. They are commonly used in chemical, edible oil, and pharmaceutical industries.
Engineering Overview
Metzix Vertical and Horizontal Pressure Leaf Filters are totally enclosed, high-efficiency filtration systems designed for processes where product hygiene, vapor containment, and cake purity are essential. Composed of multiple stainless steel wire mesh filter leaves mounted on a central discharge manifold inside a pressurized ASME-certified vessel, these units handle volatile liquids, hot oils, and hazardous chemicals safely. The automated pneumatic vibrator provides rapid, dry cake discharge without opening the vessel.
Key Features & Engineering Advantages
