Screw Conveyors

Screw conveyors enable controlled and enclosed material transport, making them ideal for precise feeding and dosing applications. They are versatile, compact, and suitable for horizontal, inclined, or vertical conveying.
Engineering Overview
Metzix Tubular and U-Trough Screw Conveyors are versatile, compact machines designed for controlled metering, mixing, and dust-free transport of dry powders, granular materials, and semi-fluid slurries. Engineered with continuous helicoid or sectional flights welded to heavy-duty center pipes, Metzix screws operate horizontally or at inclines up to 45°. Available in shafted configurations for dry powders or shaftless models for sticky cakes and filter sludge.
