Plough Diverters

Plough diverters allow controlled discharge of materials from conveyor belts without interrupting operations. They ensure efficient material diversion to multiple destinations while reducing wear and material loss.
Engineering Overview
Metzix Single and Double-Sided Plough Diverters (V-Ploughs) provide reliable on-the-fly bulk material discharge along intermediate points of a flat or flattened troughed conveyor belt. Operating via robust pneumatic, electric, or electro-hydraulic actuators, the plough blade lowers seamlessly onto the belt surface, lifting and peeling off material into side chutes, storage bins, or parallel production streams without requiring motor shutdowns. Equipped with replaceable polyurethane or rubber scraper blades.
Key Features & Engineering Advantages
